Extending from Myanmar down past the west coast of Thailand to beyond the Malaysian border to the Langkawi archipelago, the Andaman Sea forms part of the Indian Ocean with many of it’s islands uninhabited apart from communities of Chao Ley – ‘sea gypsies’.

Many of the islands offer shallow fringing reefs around impressive limestone formations (ranging in size from underwater pillars to whole islands) with some of the world’s best snorkelling and diving sites in comfortably warm waters with great visibility displaying an immensely rich variety of colourful corals and abundant marine life.

After clearing immigration formalities on Langkawi the cruise leads in about 6 hours through the island world of the archipelago to an idyllic anchorage in front of the Thai island of Ko Lipe. While simply relaxing or sharing in the handling of the yacht you will be pampered by a tasty onboard lunch and an open bar all along the way. Swimming and snorkelling fill the late afternoon while the day will be made round by a delicious dinner in one of the many local restaurants on the beach.
